Civil Labourers

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers for ongoing work across a variety of civil construction projects and client sites. These roles suit reliable and hardworking individuals who can perform effectively in fast-paced civil environments and support skilled trades and plant operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• General civil labouring on subdivision and infrastructure projects
• Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and site preparation
• Spotting plant and working safely around machinery and excavators
• Concreting support, clean-up, and maintaining safe work areas
• Following site safety procedures and working as part of a team

Requirements:

• Proven civil construction labouring experience (essential)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
• Ability to work across multiple sites and follow direction on site
• High Risk Work Licence – EWP (Elevated Work Platform) (Highly regarded)
• Dogman Ticket (Highly regarded)

• Monday to Friday work, with Saturday work as required. Some positions may involve early morning starts or nightshift.
